You may cancel your interior decor consultation or service booking under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation 48+ hours before service: Full refund or rescheduling available
  • Cancellation 24-48 hours before service: 50% refund or rescheduling available
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours: No refund, but rescheduling may be available

Service Modifications

We understand that project requirements may change. You may request modifications to your service agreement:

  • Changes to service scope or timeline must be requested in writing
  • Additional charges may apply for significant scope changes
  • Modifications are subject to availability and our approval

Non-Refundable Services

The following services or circumstances are generally non-refundable:

  • Services that have already been completed and delivered
  • Custom design work that has been finalized and approved
  • Third-party products or materials already ordered or installed
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any concerns and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. Please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss any issues.

Special Circumstances

In cases of emergency, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond either party's control, we will work with you to reschedule services or provide appropriate accommodations. Each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
